Beta Tester Agreement for "Legally Launched" Course

1. Course Details:

**Course Title:** Legally Launched by Radiate Confidence Legal

**Target Audience:** Entrepreneurs

**Course Objectives and Learning Outcomes:**

The course aims to guide entrepreneurs through the process of setting up the legal foundations of their business.

**Course Duration:**

The course consists of 12 pre-recorded modules and is self-paced.

2. Beta Tester Details:

**Eligibility Criteria:**

Beta testers must be business owners or aspiring business owners.

**Number of Beta Testers:**

We are recruiting 10 beta testers.

**Expected Feedback and Contributions:**

- Ensure the material is easy to understand and implement.

- Identify any missing or unclear instructions.

- Evaluate ease of use.

- Suggest any topics not covered that should be included.

3. Beta Testing Process:

**Testing Period:**

- Start date: As soon as beta testers have access to the course.

- End date: Approximately 90 days from the start date, concluding with a follow-up recorded Zoom call.

**Time Commitment:**

Varies depending on the individual's pace.

**Access to Course Materials:**

Beta testers will have access to the full course on the Radiate Confidence Legal website and the private Facebook group.

4. Feedback and Reporting:

- User experience

- Technical feedback

- Content clarity

- Suggestions for additional content

**Feedback Frequency:**

- Feedback on each module upon completion.

- Final recorded testimonial after completing the course or within 90 days.

- Periodic testimonials (recorded video and written) throughout the course.

5. Compensation and Incentives:
